35 plates plus text in original red cloth folder. Cover rubbed with some staining to edges, most notably some spotting to top edges; title and lettering still fully legible. All plates are present and intact, with some edge wear, minor tears and age discoloration to edges. 35 plates, many with extensive descriptive text on verso. Many plates are double sized, folded. Text has a minor stain in at least one instance, otherwise clean. Title page and introduction/contents intact and present. One of the string ties on folder is partially missing. Also include, as someone at some point inserted this ephemera into the folio, are pp. 693704 of Pencil Points for September, 1931, which is are two sequential articles relating to the 1931 Paris Prize competition and the Francis J. Plym Fellowship. This is a very nice and complete copy of this beautiful work.
